ATrack Updates
We recommend that BCBAs use the desktop version of ATrack in Firefox.
Backdating in ATrack is no longer needed for programs that show up the same day.
Users must “Refresh the Database” to see the changes to programs.
If you have any other technical issues, please follow this guide to clear the cache and cookies in the web browser. If troubleshooting steps do not solve the problem, please reach out to atrackclinicalsupport@appliedabc.com.
BTM Requirements
Behavior Treatment Modification is a combination of direct and indirect service.
This time is used to probe skills targeted in the treatment plan and complete program updates. The guidelines can be viewed here.
This service:
Cannot be at the same time a therapist is billing.
Must include at least 50% per session to be direct time with the client.
Must involve data collection on programs.
Can be used as additional reassessment time.
Coordination of Care
