The ATrack App

Data collection, Session notes and Billing

To get paid for a therapy session, you must clock in and out, collect data, and record session notes in the ATrack app.

What Is ATrack

ATrack revolutionizes how ABA clinicians care for children with autism. It is the industry’s first end-to-end ABA therapy tool that is both a web portal and a simple-to-use mobile app – ABA treatment planning and data collection has never been simpler.

This innovative platform was developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to streamline billing, session notes, and data collection.

  • Log in and out of sessions with ease, leading to updated and accurate billing information in our payment portal.

  • Record mandatory session notes at any point during therapy.

  • Collect accurate and complete data on programs established by a BCBA.

  • Collect parental signatures.

  • Access important contact information on a case-by-case level.

Step 1: Download ATrack

Install the ATrack App on your phone or tablet:

Step 2: Learn ATrack

Important note: in order for sessions to be eligible for payment, you must log in and out of the app and record sessions notes and data. This pertains to introductory and supervision sessions as well.

Step 3: Provider Portal Website

You can also enter your time/billing and progress notes if ATrack is not working properly. A presentation on how to use the portal can be viewed below

The provider portal is where you will be finalizing your billing. You should also be utilizing the provider portal to enter your notes ONLY if the Applied Provider app is not working.

Click the below button to access the portal. You must use a device with a web browser (it is not an app.)

Please note the following:

  • Billing needs to be entered daily when it is being entered through the Provider Portal website.

  • You will need to log into the Provider Portal from a computer twice monthly. Pay close close attention to the payroll schedule, as it has specific dates and times for finalizing twice per month.

  • These are the final deadlines for all billing.

  • Any billing entered after that deadline is subject to delay in payment or non-payment, as we have regulations and deadlines to submit billing for payment.

  • If you have any questions or concerns need guidance with ATrack/Provider Portal or have any issues during your sessions, please contact your Case Manager.

  • Never change your password, as we need to have them on file to help you with billing, data or technical issues you may have.
