ATrack Troubleshooting Tips & Tricks

We wanted to provide tips and tricks that may help you if you run into some common roadblocks while using the most recent version of the ATrack app.

When opening ATrack, click "All Open Targets" instead of "All Targets."
You can navigate to "Rebuild Database" by clicking the three dots on the top-right corner of the app's main page, clicking on settings, and then tapping the "rebuild" button. After this, log out and then log back in.
If a "Connection Error" message appears, refresh the app, and wait.
For pairing sessions, billing notes will include what is recorded in the antecedent box. You can also set up pairing goals in the app.

Resources to Acquire CEUs

The BACB requires 32 CEUs to be acquired during each 2-year recertification cycle with the following specifications:

4 CEUs in ethics
3 CEUs in supervision in a topic area of your choosing

The rest of the CEUs do not have to fit into a specific category. Finding places to earn CEUs can be difficult, so check out these courses below to get a head start.

Studying the New 2022 Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts

Worth: One Ethics CEU

Summary: There is a new ethics code effective January 2022. This course is designed to prepare clinicians for implementing the new code, with an emphasis on application.
